Pardeep joined the role of Nurse Manager on Oct 30, 2023. In her new role as Nurse Manager, Pardeep will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols and standards, and maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and other team members. Her exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be instrumental in streamlining our care processes.
Pardeep has been part of the nursing team at the Menno Hospital as RN since 2018. She has consistently exhibited a deep commitment to providing excellent patient care and has been an asset to our team. She has excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a genuine passion for improving the well-being of our residents.
We are grateful for Pardeep’s contribution as RN. Pro Vita is working on backfilling her nursing position.
