DIRECTORY: We are working on a new Menno Place Directory that will list all of the extensions across the Menno Place campus.
Side 1 is staff names and extensions. Side 2 will have locations and departments.

NEW EXTENSIONS: Every phone will receive a new Extension. Your current phone extension will have a 2 at the front – that is your new extension.

EXAMPLE: The Fireside Café was previously Extension 283. It is now 2283

TRANSFERRING CALLS: This new phone system will allow you to transfer phone calls between Home, Hospital AND the Apartments! I’ve attached the phone manual for all who like to read up on the details of how to use this phone and its features.

NEW DIRECT LINES (SOME): There are 44 locations that will be receiving a new phones. On the attached list, all of the blue cells are receiving new phones. Most of these phones come with a new direct line phone number (column C).
