Presenters: Kim Martin, Jacqueline Schellenberg
Kim Martin is the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) for Menno Place and led work on ADP in Fraser Health.
Clinical pharmacist, Jacqueline Schellenberg, works at Abbotsford Regional Hospital & Cancer Centre and has keen interest in palliative medication.
Prior registration is required to attend this session. This is a paid education session and attending staff members will be compensated accordingly.
