Let’s Get Talking About Mental Health

When it comes to talking about mental health, getting the conversation started is often the hardest part.

Talking about sensitive issues in the workplace can sometimes be tricky – and sometimes maybe a little uncomfortable – but speaking about mental health has so many different benefits. Talking about our challenges opens up opportunities for others to support us and create stronger social networks. It also encourages others to open up about challenges they may be facing and seek the support they need.

The following activities and resources will help make it easier to start conversations, support each other, and create a culture of openness at work.

To access these resources, you’ll need to create a username and password. When creating your account with Not Myself Today, use the Menno Place access code: WQDHEM
