How to do the Incident Report
Go to www.apexpharmacybc.ca
Click on Care Community Portal
Enter the password: You have received this password
Begin to fill out the incident form.
At the bottom of the form it is required to enter an email(s) address where the report should be sent to (ie: director of care, RN, whoever is in charge of reviewing the incidents)
Click Submit
A copy will automatically be sent to the pharmacy manager
