Building Culture

A positive work culture can enhance our mental health and make us more productive—and we all have a role to play.

Work and work culture can contribute to, and even enhance, our mental health. However, some work cultures can also feel stressful and have a negative impact on our mental health. In a culture that is safe, supportive and mentally healthy, and where employees at all levels feel empowered to promote that culture, morale, productivity, collaboration and innovation all rise exponentially.

This module helps build understanding of how safe, supportive and mentally healthy workplace cultures look and feel and gives employees at all levels tangible strategies to keep psychological safety on everyone’s to-do list.
