Re: Menno Hospital Nursing Transitions from SimpeQ to Pro Vita Care Management
After an excellent and long collaboration with SimpeQ, we have reached the conclusion of our engagement with them. We express our gratitude for their dedication and hard work during our partnership. Their contributions have been instrumental in our projects and operations, and we appreciate their commitment.
As we transition from SimpeQ, we are excited to welcome our new partner – Pro Vita. Pro Vita Care Management Inc. (Pro Vita) is a British Columbia owned and operated company with 20 + years experience in providing contract care services to various homes. Their areas of expertise include Long Term Care, Mental Health and Assisted Living residences. Pro Vita applies principles of the Gentle Care, Person-Centered Care that align with our model of care. We are excited about this partnership and are confident that they will bring a fresh perspective, and valuable insights to our organization.
The transition to Pro Vita may bring new procedures and you may see additional new faces at the campus. We ask for your cooperation and support during this process to ensure a seamless transition and a successful partnership.
