Mental health is a state of being. It’s about feeling good about who we are, having balance in our lives and in our thinking, and managing life’s ups and downs.
We sometimes confuse the term “mental health” with mental illness. While some of us have a mental illness, everyone has mental health that needs to be supported and nurtured. Increasing knowledge is a great way to start tackling the stigma that surrounds mental health. The following resources will help you be more comfortable when talking about your own mental health, as well as being more supportive and sensitive to those facing challenges.
To access these resources, you’ll need to create a username and password. When creating your account with Not Myself Today, use the Menno Place access code: WQDHEM
