Resident & Family Centred Care
Menno Place has long valued compassionate care for all. As we seek to provide excellent care and service to our residents and families, we have identified Resident & Family Centred Care (RFCC) as an area for improvement.
In RFCC, everyone from patients to care aides to doctors to families, social workers or spiritual advisors contribute to a coordinated effort to deliver care and services. Menno Place is committed to developing a clear understanding of RFCC among our staff, residents, and families, and to develop a framework to practically live it out.
