Experiencing a range of moods and emotions is part of being human. Happy, sad, anxious, relaxed – these moods are part of who we are! How we deal with those moods is an important factor that contributes to good mental health – and helps us behave professionally in any given situation.

These activities and resources are about better recognizing, understanding, and managing your moods because our moods impact how we think, behave, and interact with others in a workplace setting – and using some simple tools, we can learn to better regulate them.
