Drawn to Menno Place’s strong commitment to community, joining the organization felt like a natural and easy decision for Jasreen. She has a passion for making a meaningful impact, and she’s excited to bring her skills and experience to support both her team and employees.

Jasreen feels most fulfilled in her role when things are running smoothly behind the scenes—ensuring accuracy, supporting her team with the answers they need, and helping payroll processes run seamlessly. For her, a great day at work is one where priorities are accomplished, team members are supported, processes are improved, and operations are organized and up to date.

Throughout her career, Jasreen has been inspired by the many great leaders she has worked with, learning valuable lessons in patience, precision, continuous learning, and always leading with integrity.

She values a collaborative and supportive workplace where communication is open, honest, and transparent. Feeling included means knowing that every voice is heard and valued, and she believes in celebrating shared successes as a team. When it comes to recognition, a sincere “thank you” goes a long way.

Outside of work, Jasreen enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks in nature, practicing yoga and meditation, and staying active by chasing after her two young children. A proud mom of two, family is at the heart of what keeps her energized and grounded.

Over the coming months, she is looking forward to learning the department’s processes and workflows, building strong relationships across teams, and finding ways to provide the best support possible.

And a fun fact: when asked about her favorite holiday, she quickly answered Disney! Her family’s recent trip to Florida was a huge hit.
