The suite has its own private entrance, updated kitchen with dishwasher, and in-suite washer/dryer. Suite is nice and bright. There is a small deck leading to a backyard shared with the other suite in the house. No pets. No smoking. $1500/month including utilities. (Internet NOT included.)
