Your health and safety are important to us. As part of our commitment to reducing workplace injuries and promoting safe work practices, we ask all employees at Menno Home, Hospital, and Apartments to complete the 2025 MSI (Musculoskeletal Injury) Risk Assessment Survey below.

This short, anonymous survey asks about your experiences with physical strain, availability of equipment, training, and overall comfort while performing daily tasks. Your feedback will help us identify risks, strengthen our supports, and improve MSI prevention strategies across the campus.
