$25,000 Prize Tub Has Found a New Home!
On May 30th, Hilde Wiebe, our Executive Director of Care Services was chosen by draw as the winner of the GRAND PRIZE at the 40th Anniversary BC Care Providers Conference held in Whistler, BC. The winning prize is a $25,000 spa tub from Arjo Huntleigh.
This week, the Care Leadership Team along with input from staff and maintenance evaluated the thirteen tubs at Menno Place. In addition to looking at the condition and age of the tub, the team considered the usage of the tub and size of the tub rooms.
We are excited to announce that Menno Home W2 will be the recipient of the Rhapsody 300 HM tub along with a ceiling lift!
We are grateful to Arjo Huntleigh for providing this amazing draw prize. We are grateful to the BC Care Providers who have supported the long-term / assisted living and home health sector for 40 years!
What a difference this will make in the lives of the residents who live in Menno Home W2!
Additional updates in tub rooms…
Menno Home E1’s 1992 Century tub will be removed and replaced by a showering spa!
Terrace East spa room (3rd floor) will receive a new tub to replace the one that is out of order!
