Re:                  Staffing Post Outbreak

________________________________________________________________________

Menno Place has received the go ahead from Fraser Health to resume staffing schedules based on pre-outbreak protocols, with a few additional precautions.

Staff are still co-horted to a building.  No moving between sites.

Regular staff will go back to their regular schedules as long as they work on only one unit per day.  The Staffing office will call you if there is a change to your current schedule.

Casual staff have access to all units in their building but may only work on one unit each day.

Support Staff, Chaplains, Recreation have access to all units, but may only work on one unit per day.

For those wanting to work OT on another unit on the same day, you must take a shower and change cloths before working on another unit – remember to bring an extra set of work clothes with you if you wish to work OT on another unit on the same day.

ALL INFECTION CONTROL Measures MUST BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED to continue the opportunity to work across units.  Wearing a mask and goggles on the unit is mandatory.

Thank you.
