New Scheduling App – Download by June 16, 2025
In December we announced that we would be adopting a scheduling software program. We are happy to report that ComVida has been working very hard to set up our system. That means it is an exciting time for Menno Place staff.
It is time to download the ComVida app.
All staff working in Menno Home, Menno Hospital and Menno Apartments need to download the ComVida app by Monday, June 16th. Training sessions will be held before the end of this month. Please attend the training sessions.
If you do not have access to a phone that can download the app please speak to your manager.
How to download the ComVida app for Apple devices:
If you use an iphone 6 or newer (or an ipad) you’ll need to download the ComVida app from the App store. This link will show you what the app should look like: https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/comvida-mobile/id1508049793 You’ll need to open the App store on your phone to complete the download.
How to download the ComVida app for Android devices:
If you use an Android phone (Pixel, Samsung, Motorola, OnePlus, ASUS) you’ll need to download the app from Google Play. You can download it using this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=comVida.CVCMobile
How to Use the ComVida App
There will be on campus training sessions in how to use the app. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all staff attend a training. Dates and locations will be announced on the staff site when they become available.
