I am pleased to welcome Manvir to Menno Home as our new Clinical Care Lead. With over five years of experience in long-term care, Manvir brings a deep commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care and a strong belief in the power of teamwork.

In this new role, Manvir looks forward to supporting our care aides, mentoring them, and helping foster a positive, inclusive environment for both residents and staff. Manvir’s care philosophy centers on seeing each resident as a whole person attending not only to physical health, but also to emotional well-being and social connection.

Outside of work, Manvir enjoys nature photography, skiing, cooking, and exploring the lakes and rivers of the Fraser Valley, hobbies that reflect a love of nature, creativity, and connection.

Manvir is excited to be part of the Menno Place team and looks forward to making a positive difference.
