The Staffing Office will no longer call you by phone for open shifts. All shift offers will only be sent through the ComVida app.

✅ Turn on notifications so you don’t miss shift offers.
❌ If you can’t log in, contact your Department Manager.

📌 Priority Windows for Shift Offers
Each shift offer has a Priority Window — the time frame when your bid is guaranteed to be reviewed.

| Jan 01, 12:00 | Jan 02, 12:00 (less than 48 hrs) | 15 minutes (urgent) |
| Jan 01, 12:00 | Jan 03, 12:00 (48 hrs – 10 days) | 120 minutes |
| Jan 01, 12:00 | Jan 13, 12:00 (10+ days, vacation coverage) | 72 hours |

📲 How to Know If You Are Awarded a Shift
- The successful employee will be notified directly by ComVida.
- You will receive a notification on your phone like this:
