Staff Smoking Area During Covid-19 Outbreak

Designated smoking areas on Menno Place campus now have a Maximum Occupancy of 1 person.

Please be courteous and take turns when using the smoking area. You may also smoke in your car during this time to allow residents the use of the smoking area. Please keep the area around your car clean.

Flu Shot Reminder

Have you gotten your flu shot yet?

Here are the percentages of flu immunizations completed per building so far:

  • Hospital: 14.22%
  • Home: 29.15%
  • ​Apartments: 12.95%

All immunizations should be completed by December 1st, the start of flu season.

This year, flu vaccinations were given to staff between Oct. 26 and Nov 16th for those who worked during these on-unit flu clinics.

If you did not get a flu vaccination during those dates, please go to a drugstore (Shoppers Drug Mart, London Drugs) to receive your flu shot. Shoppers Drug Mart requires online registration and no appointment necessary.

When completed, fill out the online Influenza Self-Reporting Form.
