Nurses: Sign up for Mandatory interRAI Education
As of April 1st, CIHI will no longer be using RAI MDS 2.0. All long-term care homes in BC will be moving to the new assessment known as interRAI LTCF.
What does this mean for Menno Place? ALL nurses who have taken the current RAI MDS 2.0 training need to sign up for mandatory interRAI education. This is a full day training that will be offered throughout January and February of 2026. Click on any of the dates below to access the forms to sign up for training. Space is limited to seven (7) staff per session. As the sessions fill up the sign up form will switch over to a message indicating that time is full. If the timeslot(s) you wanted are full you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page.
Who : All Nurses who have previously completed RAI MDS 2.0 Education.
When: Jan 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28th and Feb 10, 11, 17, 18th in 2026. Training will be a full day 0800 – 1600.
Where: Menno Home 32910 Brundige Ave, Abbotsford in the East 2 Learning Center. Tabor Village staff will be joining Menno Place staff for Education.

- If your preferred date is full you can sign up for the waitlist using the form below but future availability is not guaranteed. You are responsible to ensure you attend the training.
- There are 7 seats available for Menno Staff per class.
- Staff must sign up for this paid education class on one of the dates listed, outside of their regular working schedule.
- If unable to attend on a day off, staff must submit a written education leave request 30 days in advance.
- Please bring your own Lunch.
