Online Corporate Orientation Pilot Project

If you started at Menno Place in April 2025 or later, we’d like to warmly invite you to be part of a special pilot group for our new Online Corporate Orientation.

Many employees who joined us this year were not able to experience a formal, interactive introduction to Menno Place. This pilot is our way of saying a proper welcome, introducing you to who we are, how we work together, and what it means to be part of our community.

The corporate orientation will be delivered through Surge Learning and narrated by the Executive Director, People & Culture Strategy. It will take no more than two hours to complete, and you will be paid at regular time. Overtime will not be paid; however, banked overtime is permitted.

To thank you for participating and helping us improve the experience for future new hires, everyone who completes the orientation will have their name entered into a draw for a $25 gift card of their choice. Participation will be confirmed through a report of completed modules.
