Senior Living CaRES Program
Employees are the heart of Canada’s senior living sector. We recognize their resilience while caring for the most vulnerable – especially in the face of the devastating effects of COVID-19 – has been nothing short of heroic. Over these past 18 monthe, they contined to provide compassionate care to seniors while many were also experiencing the challenging effects of the pandemic in their personal lives. The CaRES Fund was established in recognition of those extraordinary efforts, providing one-time assistance of up to $10,000 for Canadian employees of all senior living operators who are experiencing financial hardship.
