Steps to “Tag-Out” Equipment

  1. Identify equipment that requires servicing
  2. Tag the equipment with red tag, “Do Not Operate”
  3. Request Service – Fill out a repair request via TheWorxHub template
  4. Move Equipment – If possible, move equipmnet to a designated area to be picked up and repaired.
