The WorkLife Pulse Survey is a short online survey about your experience at work required by Accreditation Canada. It’s a way to get a pulse on how the Menno Place Team is doing.
When you click on the button below you’ll be taken to the HSO Global Workforce Survey page. You’ll need to accept the terms and conditions and click the BEGIN button at the bottom of the page to start the survey.
The survey is open from May 25 – June 30, 2026.

After you’ve filled out the WorkLife Pulse Survey, enter your name in a draw to win a $100 gift card of your choice. Your survey answers and your entry into the draw are collected in two completely separate systems.
