This is the last week our elves will be up to mischief at Menno. They have been helpful in identifying hazards that are common in our workplace and home. As the holiday season comes to a close, we need to be mindful of our surroundings and the hazards that exist.
Remember to take a few minutes to think about the risks and hazards that can impact your well-being before undertaking a task. Don’t forget that near misses are great opportunities to learn from our “close calls” and are necessary to help us improve. Please report near misses on Surge through the QRM.
