Experiencing a range of moods and emotions is part of being human. Happy, sad, anxious, relaxed—these moods are part of who we are! Working with those moods contributes to good mental health and helps us behave professionally and with emotional intelligence in any given situation.
This module provides learning tools that can help us recognize, understand and manage our moods because our moods impact how we think, feel and act in a workplace setting, and beyond. Using some simple tools, we can learn to better regulate moods and respond in emotionally intelligent ways.
