Collection of Personal Emails – Menno Hospital & Menno Home
In preparation for ratification of the renewed Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA) agreement, Menno Place is required to collect the personal emails of all staff represented by the Hospital Employee’s Union (HEU) as per Article 5.03 of the FBA and Labour Relations Board Policy. This information will support employee communication from the FBA regarding ratification, in the event a tentative agreement is reached for the renewal of the 2019-2022 FBA Collective Agreement.
Menno Place collects personal email addresses upon hire to send your paystub to you. If you use a mennoplace.ca email, please forward your personal email to HR. If your personal email has changed and you have not notified HR, please do so immediately.
