Empire Life is the new benefits provider for all MBS and Employees’ Association Members at Menno Home and Apartments that are enrolled for benefits. All other staff stay with their existing provider.

If you are having trouble accessing your benefits you can contact Empire Life Customer Support directly at 1 (800) 561-1268. You will need your plan and certificate number.
