Re: Life Enrichment Associate
I am pleased to announce that David Wall will be joining the Enrichment Team!
David will start his position as a Life Enrichment Associate (LEA) on Monday, February 10, 2025. The LEA supports the work of the Life Enrichment Team to ensure exceptional customer service and effective communication with residents. They support all initiatives for those who are enquiring and seeking to move to Menno Apartments. The Life Enrichment Associate supports the initiatives and projects that will better enrich the lives of the seniors who call Menno Place their home.
David has a background in construction and often says he was “born into drywall.” He spent 20 years working in the family business. After working a few summers at Menno Place in his teens, David returned to Menno Place where he has been a great asset as part of the maintenance team and as a bus driver. His warm and welcoming personality along with his ability to provide above and beyond results makes him a great fit for resident services.
When asked about his new role David said, “I am thankful for God’s faithfulness and provision in my life and I am grateful for this opportunity to work and serve in such a caring and inviting environment, alongside the wonderful staff and residents!”
When he’s not working David has been known to enjoy a good book, a board game with friends, and the occasional spelunking excursion.
I’m looking forward to having David join the LEA team. He is enthusiastic, loves seniors and provides a welcoming and calm presence for those who need support.
