I am pleased to announce that Noucky Khounmaytri will be joining the Enrichment Team!
Noucky will start her position as a Life Enrichment Associate (LEA) on Monday, February 10, 2025. The LEA supports the work of the Life Enrichment Team to ensure exceptional customer service and effective communication with residents. They support all initiatives for those who are enquiring and seeking to move to Menno Apartments. The Life Enrichment Associate supports the initiatives and projects that will better enrich the lives of the seniors who call Menno Place their home.
Nouky’s background as a care aide has given her a broad understanding of the needs of seniors. Most recently, she has worked as a Visitation Host demonstrating her skills in interpersonal relationships and service to both residents and their families.
Noucky says, “I’m a simple person who enjoys simple things. I enjoy life and I choose to be happy. I’m excited to and ready to be part of the LE team.”
Outside of work Noucky hikes whenever she has time . She loves exploring beautiful BC with her husband, a backpack, and her dog. On her days off she’s either in the woods or by the beach, just enjoying life.
Nouky is known for her abilities to connect with residents and families. She has a heart to serve with compassion and I’m excited for her to join the LEA team.
