Enhanced Sign-In for Staff

Attention ALL Staff in Long Term Care

Fraser Health is requiring enhanced staff screening effective MARCH 21, 2020. You will see a sign-in sheet at each hand scanner requiring you to answer 3 screening questions and sign in. If you answer “YES” to any of the questions you must see your supervisor.
1. Do you have respiratory symptoms?
2. Do you have a fever?
3. Do you have increased shortness of breath?
