COR Audit – Let’s Get Ready Together: Worker Responsibilities
Our COR (Certificate of Recognition) Health & Safety Audit will take place from April 27 to May 2.
Over the next two weeks, you will receive short Health & Safety messages to help everyone feel confident and prepared.
These messages:
- Are based on real questions an auditor may ask
- Are not a test
- Reflect what you already do every day
COR Question: Do you know your responsibilities for health and safety at Menno Place?
Best Answer:
- I work safely and take care to protect myself and others
- I follow safe work procedures
- I use PPE as required
- I report hazards, incidents, and near misses
- I work fit for duty
Managers and supervisors also lead by example, and safety expectations apply to everyone.
If you don’t know an answer during the audit, it is always okay to say:
“I would check SURGE or ask my supervisor.”
