Welcome Harpreet Kaur – Payroll Business Partner!

Please join me in welcoming Harpreet Kaur to Menno Place. She’s joining us as a Payroll Business Partner and brings a strong background in payroll and HR, along with a genuine passion for supporting people and teams.

Harpreet was drawn to Menno Place because of our reputation for compassionate care and a supportive workplace culture. She’s excited to contribute behind the scenes, helping ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, while also finding ways to improve processes and support managers.

She enjoys tackling payroll challenges, working with data, and collaborating with others to get things right. Harpreet appreciates a team environment built on respect, open communication, and a willingness to support one another.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, going for walks, and exploring new ideas in technology and professional development. She’s looking forward to getting to know the team, learning how things work at Menno Place, and contributing to ongoing improvements.
