I am pleased to let you know that Jeff Derbyshire, a 15 year Menno Place Team member in Maintenance will be starting his role as Maintenance Coordinator on Monday, May 29th.

Jeff is a hard-working, driven individual who has shown his capabilities and commitment to the Menno Place values in both Menno Hospital and Menno Apartments on the Maintenance team.

Jeff is passionate about his work and knows how to get the job done. He is an honest person who doesn’t mislead others and works hard to be fair in all that he does.

When Jeff isn’t working, he loves spending time with his family. Jeff is married to Timea who leads Recreation in the Apartments. They have two children, 11 and 8 years old. Jeff stays very busy coaching their hockey teams and volunteering with their activities. They are involved in hockey, lacrosse and gymnastics.

Jeff loves camping, quading and spending time at the lake or river getting some rest and relaxation.

We are excited to have Jeff in this new role of Maintenance Coordinator and wish him success as he continues his significant contribution to resident and family centered care here at Menno Place!
