Dear Nursing Team,
This is a reminder that 2025 Nursing License Reimbursement requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM on November 12, 2025.
An email has been sent to each nurse with the reimbursement form and eligibility requirements. If you are eligible, please complete the form and attach your receipt and proof of BCCNM registration before the deadline.
To streamline the process, Health Authorities will be the primary party responsible for reimbursing nurses. Please review the following information to determine where you should submit your request:
a) If you work at both Menno Place and a Health Authority, please apply directly to your Health Authority for reimbursement.
b) If you work for multiple employers, and none are owned or operated by a Health Authority, submit your reimbursement request to the employer where you work the most hours.
c) If you work only for Menno Place, please follow the instructions below:
- Complete the Nursing Reimbursement Form. If you did not receive an email with the form, please contact People and Culture.
- Email the completed form, along with your receipt and proof of BCCNM registration, to Rachel.Setka@mennoplace.ca by November 12, 2025.
- Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
Please note: If you have already submitted a reimbursement request to, or received reimbursement from, another employer, you are not eligible for reimbursement through Menno Place. Duplicate or ineligible reimbursements are subject to recovery.
