Meet Our Harvest Raffle Winner

Congratulations to Anneloore, the grand prize winner of our Harvest Raffle!

Anneloore was on a Menno Place bus trip to Stanley Park, enjoying a beautiful fall day, when she got the notification that she’d won the quilt. She says she was so excited, and so grateful, because she can’t remember the last time she won anything.

She’s a quilter herself, but she doesn’t have a quilt of her own at the moment, so she’s especially happy to have this one. She’d like to say a big thank you to the donor who gave the quilt.

Congratulations also to Bea, the winner of our Early Bird draw! She won dinner for four at Chef’s Plate – our elevated on-campus dining experience.

Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket. Proceeds from the raffle support recreation and chaplaincy for Independent Living residents here on campus, from group activities to spiritual care.

Congratulations again, Anneloore & Bea!
