Re: Important Matter: Updating the “Question and Answer Sheet for Menno Place Employees on Wellness and Attendance”
_______________________________________________________________________
Please note that we recently became aware of an important matter concerning the recent publication of the “Question and Answer Sheet for Menno Place Employees on Wellness and Attendance.”
We have noted that the version of the document was in error and has been immediately removed from the staff website.
Please be assured that we are in the process of correcting any issue and will provide an updated and accurate version of the document shortly. Your patience and understanding during this process is greatly appreciated. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Best regards,
Loradonna Botter, Executive Director, People and Culture Strategy
On July 29 – Aug 8, Menno Place will be having our annual COR Health & Safety Audit. You may be asked to meet with the auditor. Let’s all be ready! Watch your email over the coming weeks for review questions and answers to strengthen your COR knowledge.
This is a friendly reminder that Menno Place will be conducting an HCA registration audit through the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry on August 1st.
Each year, HCA’s receive an email from the Registry to remind you to update your Registry account to remain in “active-good standing” status. If you have not done this already, please complete this process as soon as possible.
The “Reference Guide for Registrants – How to Confirm Active Registration Status” is on the staff website under the “How To” tab for your reference.
It is essential that all Health Care Assistants at Menno Place are actively registered and in good standing with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry. We thank you in advance for completing this process.
Sincerely,
Your Menno Place People & Culture Team

During this time, the fire alarm system will not be operational, and a fire watch procedure will be in place. Chubb will handle fire watch procedures during the day shift, while Allegiance1 Security will manage them in the evenings, nights, and weekends until the project is complete.
Note: The Fire Sprinkler system is not affected and will remain operational. Alarm Monitoring will be turned off for Terrace East. Terrace West is not affected and will be monitored.
