To the Leadership and Staff of Menno Place,
On behalf of the board of the Mennonite Benevolent Society (MBS) at Menno Place I want to greet you and thank you deeply for all that you are doing at this difficult time.
As we all know, the 700 residents that live on our Campus of Care are the most vulnerable group in our society right now, during this Covid-19 outbreak.
You have always been taking care of our dear residents during all kinds of outbreaks and we have always come out with only minor negative results. Now you are going the second and third mile in keeping yourself safe as you keep our residents safe.
Regulations and procedures keep changing and make your job more difficult, but you have come through with more energy and dedication and for that we as a board are so very thankful. You protect the lives of all that live at Menno and on behalf of the families that cannot visit at this time I want to thank you and give you a loving hug of gratitude.
We wish you safety and strength as you share your care and love.
May God bless you and your families in these challenging times.
In deep gratitude
Gerd Bartel
MBS Board Chair
