There will be NO CHANGES ACCEPTED after posting in to a 16.01 block.

You must honor the block, and this means working the full shift, and scheduled days that are included in 16.01.

This includes:

NO SHIFT CHANGES

NO BOOKING VACATION

NO USE OF BANKED OT

NO MEDICAL APPOINTMENT LEAVE

If you require leave while you have accepted a 16.01, or need to leave early, you must get approval from your manager.
