Subject: First Aid Support and Emergency Contact Process – Menno Apartments

Please be advised that effective June 15, 2026, all Menno Apartment employees across all buildings may access first aid assistance through the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) based in Terrace East Wellness Centre when required.

This process applies to employees from all apartment departments and locations, including Primrose Garden and Pavilion. First aid support should be accessed through the LPN located in the Terrace East Wellness Centre.

If the injured employee is unable to safely travel to the Wellness Centre, please call the Apartment LPN at extn 4010/604-615-7652, and they will come to the employee’s location to provide assistance. If the LPN is unavailable, employees may contact the Registered Nurse (RN) in either Menno Home or Menno Hospital for assistance.

Please note that the list of designated first aid personnel and available contacts will be posted and maintained at the Wellness Centre.
