NAOSH: The Thirst for Safety – Hydration helps us stay alert.

As summer gets closer, hydration matters. When we’re dehydrated, we can feel tired, distracted, or headachy, and that can increase mistakes.

Here’s a Simple challenge for today:
–  Bring a water bottle
–  Take a sip at every break
–  Remind a co-worker: “Drink water!”

If your unit wants to join in: take a quick photo of your water bottles lined up, and remember to share what your favourite drink is to stay hydrated:
