New Policy Platform Launch – Coming Soon!

We’re happy to let you know that we are starting to use Policy Professional on Surge Learning to store and manage all our Menno Place policies and process documents.

This change will help make our policies:

✅ Easier to find
✅ Easier to follow
✅ Always up to date

We are starting the groundwork now to move all policy documents from SharePoint to Surge Learning. The official go-live date will be shared soon.

🖥️ What’s Changing?

🔹 Policies will move from SharePoint to Surge Learning’s Policy Professional (PP) Module
🔹 Each policy section will have a Superuser (Manager or Executive) who keeps it updated
🔹 Until training is done, policies will still be available on both SharePoint and Surge Learning

We will post step-by-step instructions on how to find and use Policy Professional on Surge Learning on the staff website and units soon.
