KNOWN ISSUE: EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF PAY NOT SENT TO ALL STAFF

Are you missing the Email with your Pay Notice?

Rest assured that Payroll is working properly and deposits will be completed as usual this week.

Please be advised that due to a computer glitch emails with pay notices are only being sent to those staff who have @MennoPlace.ca email accounts.

Employees with non-Menno email addresses (such as @shaw.ca, @telus.net, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com, etc) did not receive their Pay Notice.

The glitch is only with the delivery of emails. Your pay will be deposited to your bank account as usual.  We are receiving support from our software company today to correct the glitch so that emails can be sent out again.

Please do not report missing email message with pay notices this week as this is a known issue.
