Subject: ComVida Support – August 10 & 11, 2025
We are providing in-person support to help staff login to and navigate ComVida on the following dates:
📅 SUNDAY, August 10, 2025
- Staffing Clerk, Taran, will visit all units at Menno Home, Menno Hospital, and the Apartments to check if staff have logged into ComVida and provide assistance as needed.
- Two rounds will be completed at each site to connect with both day and evening shift staff:
- Menno Home: 10:30 – 11:30 am and 4:15 – 4:45 pm
- Menno Hospital: 11:35 am – 12:35 pm and 3:00 – 4:00 pm
- Menno Apartments: 12:45 – 1:30 pm and 5:00 – 5:30 pm
(Apartments staff can meet Taran outside the Wellness Centre in Terrace East.)
📅 Monday, August 11, 2025
- On-site support at the Home Staffing Department for the entire campus will be available during these times:
- 10:30 – 11:30 am
- 3:45 – 4:45 pm
