Please submit shift exchanges 7 days in advance for staffing to be able to process the change.

When making the agreement to do a shift exchange, please remember to come in for your exchanged shifts. We have seen an increase of staff agreeing to the exchange but cancelling the shift they agreed to work.

Please remember this is a legal responsibility for the employee agreeing to the exchange.
