Welcome, Loveleen – Accreditation, Projects and Education Coordinator

Welcome to Loveleen Sekhon, Accreditation, Projects and Education Coordinator!

Loveleen is here to help our staff and teams when there are questions policies, procedures or if you need to refresh your skills. She provides education on new equipment and much more. She will be involved in projects that will continuously help provide the residents with the best care possible while supporting our staff.

Previously, Loveleen worked at a long term care home as an LPN. She was given an opportunity to pursue her career as a Care Manager, and along the way, she has decided to join us at Menno Place! This was because of an AMAZING reference given to her by a Menno employee, so she decided to join the wonderful team here!

What excites Loveleen most is seeing that she is able to make a difference in the lives of the seniors, staff and families. She says, “My role as an educator allows me to support the staff, being able to support the staff will lead to better care for the seniors, which leads to families being happy that their loved ones are being well cared for.”

When she’s not working or studying, Loveleen likes to sit in her bed and relax while watching a movie. She enjoys swimming and completed her lifeguard course a few years ago. Her native language is Punjabi. She loves to travel with her family and always is grateful for the time they spend together.

She says, “I am very excited to be a part of the Menno Place team, they have been absolutely amazing!”

We are excited to have you here, too! Welcome to the TEAM!
