Subject: Vacant Shifts in ComVida

Effective today, September 2, 2025, all vacant shifts will be offered through ComVida. Please ensure that you are able to log in to the app and that your notifications are turned on so you do not miss any shift offers. If technical difficulties arise, the Staffing Office may temporarily revert to phone calls.

Please note: Until all RNs are fully trained in ComVida, after-hours vacant shifts will continue to be called out by phone.

Thank you for your cooperation as we transition to this new process.

Subject: ComVida Support – August 10 & 11, 2025

We are providing in-person support to help staff login to and navigate ComVida on the following dates:

📅 SUNDAY, August 10, 2025

  • Staffing Clerk, Taran, will visit all units at Menno Home, Menno Hospital, and the Apartments to check if staff have logged into ComVida and provide assistance as needed.
  • Two rounds will be completed at each site to connect with both day and evening shift staff:
    • Menno Home: 10:30 – 11:30 am and 4:15 – 4:45 pm
    • Menno Hospital: 11:35 am – 12:35 pm and 3:00 – 4:00 pm
    • Menno Apartments: 12:45 – 1:30 pm and 5:00 – 5:30 pm
      (Apartments staff can meet Taran outside the Wellness Centre in Terrace East.)

  • On-site support at the Home Staffing Department for the entire campus will be available during these times:
    • 10:30 – 11:30 am
    • 3:45 – 4:45 pm
