A reminder that a final memo was posted on July 18, 2025, asking staff to schedule the remainder of their vacation hours by August 1, 2025. Any vacation that was not scheduled by this deadline will now be booked by the Staffing Office.
Beginning September 8, 2025, the Staffing Office will schedule vacation for employees who have not yet booked all of their vacation hours. Please note: once vacation is scheduled by Staffing, no changes will be permitted.
Employees still have the opportunity to submit their final vacation requests over this weekend.

Parking Changes for Sept 8 & 9 Only
Hello Team,
Please be advised of the following updates related to the Solar Panel installation at Primrose Gardens:
- September 8th: Several parking stalls near Primrose Gardens will be temporarily unavailable as they will be used to stage equipment for the Solar Panel project. Please plan accordingly if you typically park in this area.
- September 9th: Brundige Avenue will experience street disruptions due to crane operations. The crane is scheduled to arrive at 9:00 AM and will be used to lift Solar Panel materials onto the roof of Primrose Gardens.

It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to our Payroll Business Partner, Sukhdeep. In her time with us, she has brought devotion, and commitment to the payroll administration function, ensuring excellence in her work and care for her colleagues. Beyond her professional contributions, she is a devoted mom and a trained pilot, proof that she always aims high.
As she embarks on her next chapter, we wish her clear skies and smooth journeys ahead. May she continue to soar to new heights in both her career and personal life.
