Thank you to all staff for working with us as we learn to use ComVida together. We appreciate your time, effort and patience as we migrate hundreds of staff into a new system.

If you have any questions about using ComVida or need the password to any protected pages please talk to your manager before reaching out to the staffing team.
Starting Sept 2, 2025 the Staffing Office will no longer call you for open shifts. All shift offers will only be sent through the ComVida app.

Menno Place is launching a new Quality and Risk Management (QRM) system within Surge Learning, starting August 27, 2025!
As part of our collaborative effort within the clinical team, we’re improving how we document resident behaviours and incidents in long-term care. Starting August 27, 2025, all resident-related incidents in Menno Home and Menno Hospital will be documented in PointClickCare (PCC) under Risk Management by nurses only.
Why this change?
By moving all LTC resident behaviour and incident documentation into PCC Risk Management (just like Falls), we will:
