Beginning in January 2024, Sujata Connors, CEO and Sharon Simpson, Director, Community Enrichment have been meeting with residents, staff, families, MBS Board members and stakeholders to listen to what our community has to say about Menno Place as it is today and what we’re dreaming for into the future. We’ve met with over 400 individuals to ask them for their input and these sessions are still ongoing. It has been a vital time for us to hear the voices of those who live, support, work and serve here.
The input has been spoken openly and clearly with us, enabling us to hear what is currently in need of attention as well as see the themes that are surfacing to inform our new Strategic Framework and Operational Plan for 2025. Thank you to all who have been involved in this process – and for those who are yet to participate.
